Comprehensive risk management consultations are flat fee, starting at $1,500. Rates are based on business size, industry, loss history, and operational complexity. Assessments include a review and analysis of legal risks, with recommendations for reducing those risks, in four primary categories: contract law, tort law, employment law, and insurance law.
If You Are ⇒ Seeking a Cyber Risk Assessment with Recommendations
Comprehensive cyber risk management consultations are flat fee, starting at $1,500. Rates are based on business size, industry, existing cybersecurity practices, and exposure to cyber vulnerabilities. Assessments include a review and analysis of legal compliance and liability risks; the development of policies and procedures for cyber risk management and response; and recommendations for transferring cyber risks by using contracts and purchasing insurance.
In addition to fees, our clients remain responsible for the out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Cornerpoint to provide legal services. Examples of out-of-pocket costs include, but are not limited to, filing, registration, and witness fees.
